The Executive Board of the ABUA GB comprises of members in good standing within the Association who have been elected by the general members at the annual general meeting (AGM) which takes place every January.
The Executive Board shall: Assign all games it recieves (if possible) on behalf of the clients the association serves Serve as the rules interpreter for the association and the British Baseball Federation (BBF) Oversee the duties and responsibilities of the officers of the association Set all Membership fees and dues Determine requirements for membership Determine qualifications and policies for assigning umpires via the Northern and Southern Supervisors Be solely responsible for all educational materials including instruction and training through the Umpire Development Plan Have the authority to make rulings in matters not covered with the association Constitution and Bye Laws Enforce the Associations Code of Conduct Any substatial matters before the Executive Board, the Executive Board will consult the membership before and decision has been taken. |
