The ABUA-Great Britain is the governing body for baseball umpires in the UK, officiating in the various leagues affiliated to the governing body, the British Baseball Federation, and run by the managing agency, BaseballSoftballUK. We are an associate body of the ABUA (Amateur Baseball Umpires' Association), a US association providing umpires to many High School and College leagues. In 2003, the ABUA provided an umpire to work with the team of European officials at the European A-Pool championships, the qualifying tournament for the 2004 Olympic Games in Greece.
